Making the Invisible Visible

Making the Invisible, Visible.
Aurasma
'As data and network coverage becomes available to us in just about any geographic location, our daily lives are becoming increasingly more connected and augmented by digital content available to us through our mobile devices.'

This project is based around the app 'Aurasma'. This is the first time I've experienced with augmented reality. The app allows you to take a picture of something and use it as a trigger. Once you had linked an overlay, it's ready to use.

These are my studies of type around Brighton and other words or typefaces' that have caught my eye recently.

My project brief stated that the aim was to construct a sequential narrative that will be revealed by interaction with an environment through a smartphone or other networked media devices.

It was aimed at people visiting Brighton, to give them some ideas of things to do. This is the final product in use, filmed with screen recording on an iPhone, this was to show how easy it is to use and that its something you can do while you're on the go.
